Doreen Melo -
Service Advisor & Customer Care

Doreen joined National in the summer of 2005.  Doreen is your first contact with Nationals Service Division and wildly popular with our Comfort Club members for her attention to our clients needs. Doreen comes to National with 28 years of customer service experience making clients happy.

External To The Business: Doreen resides in West Warwick with her three children Donald, and twins Andrew and Amber.

LITTLE KNOWN FACT: Doreen enjoys shopping and supporting the Boston Red Sox every chance she gets.  

Brian Kelly -
Lead Service Technician

Brian has been in the HVAC industry for 19 years and is a graduate of The New England Institute of Technology class of 1990. He also has completed and received certificates in Geo-Thermal training, NATE certification and Greer HVAC Tech Institute. 

Brian joined the National Refrigeration team in 2004. Before that he spent several years as a HVAC tech in Florida.  Brian is the driving force behind National's Service Division. He specializes in every aspect of HVAC installation and repair.

External To The Business: Brian resides in Greenville with his wife Robyn, and his son Wyatt and his daughter Abbey and their Golden Retriever, Ruca. 

LITTLE KNOWN FACTS: Brian is an avid Red Sox, Celtics and Patriots fan. He also enjoys camping, and coaching his Son's and Daughters athletic teams.  

Derek Madison -
Service Technician 

Derek joined National Refrigeration in 2006. Derek is a graduate of  the ABC programs both at Davies Vocational and Tollgate's Warwick Career and Technical Schools. Derek also completed the CCRI Apprenticeship program located at their Lincoln campus. Derek is NATE certified and has completed Greer HVAC Tech Institute.  Derek has been in the HVAC field for nearly a decade and gets rave reviews from Nationals clients for his proficiency, timeliness and work ethic.

External To The Business: Derek lives in Pawtucket with his fiancée Jess and their many pets.

LITTLE KNOWN FACT:  Derek is an avid snow boarder, he also enjoys working out and studying martial arts. 

Raj Kainth -
Service Technician

Raj is a 2005 graduate of Peterson's Technical School in 2005.  Raj joined National straight from school and has proved to be extremely popular with his clients due to his always positive attitude and technical skill.  Raj is NATE certified.

External To The Business: Raj resides in Attleboro MA with his wife of 9 years Shallou, their 2 sons Raydeeth 7 and Gurleen 6 and their daughter 2 year old Jasleen. 

LITTLE KNOWN FACT:  In his spare time Raj is a avid supporter of the New England Patriots.
